Welcome! I founded E Wellness Therapy with the intention of creating a holistic practice: one that sees and supports the whole person, not just the symptoms that bring them to therapy.
Much of our work is with college students and young adults who are navigating some of the most formative, and often stressful, years of their lives. Many are exploring their Jewish identity, managing academic pressure, building relationships, and trying to imagine what comes next after graduation.
Because of this, partnering with Hillel organizations feels like a natural and meaningful fit.
Hillel’s mission to enrich the lives of Jewish students by fostering belonging, identity, and community closely aligns with how we approach our clinical work.
We are deeply committed to supporting students emotionally, culturally, and relationally, and we’re honored to collaborate with organizations that share these values.

We often work with students who come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or stuck. In session, we support clients as they:

We understand how cultural context, community, and values shape mental health. Many clients appreciate not having to explain or translate aspects of Jewish life, it’s simply understood.
For students who prefer it, we also offer therapy in Hebrew, which can feel grounding and familiar, particularly for Israeli or Hebrew-speaking students or those for whom Hebrew is deeply tied to identity and emotional expression.
We serve as a reliable, professional referral option for Hillel staff, rabbis, and student leaders who want to connect students with culturally attuned, evidence-based care.

In addition to individual therapy, we offer workshops and presentations for Hillel communities on topics that consistently come up in our clinical work. These may include:
We approach these conversations with warmth, curiosity, and respect for the diversity of Jewish experiences, reflecting Hillel’s commitment to pluralism and inclusivity.

Meet Evelyn, Founder and Clinical Director at E Wellness. Evelyn works with clients who are navigating trauma, major life transitions, identity questions, and relationship challenges. Her clinical approach is grounded in evidence-based modalities including TF-CBT, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, mindfulness, and Psychological First Aid.
In sessions, Evelyn often helps clients slow down, build emotional awareness, and develop tools to cope with stressors, especially during times of heightened challenges, such as college transitions.
Evelyn practices therapy in English and Hebrew, allowing clients to work in the language that feels most natural and emotionally accessible.
